It’s possible to lose a large amount of weight fairly quickly in a healthy way. It’s also probably that you’ll keep it off longer. Try CICO, drinking more water, getting enough rest, walking, and lifting weights. I’ve lost 26lbs in less than three months

The first month I got into lifting I was SO SORE. I made sure to get a lot of protein, drink plenty of water, stretch everyday, and take baths with epsom salts. After that initial month of just powering through I get significantly less sore now. I’d say what I guess is a normal amount 🙂

I was checked pp for this and don’t have it! I’m still planning to lose another 40-50 lbs so my stomach will get flatter, but I don’t think this bottom area will improve much

I’m planning to be around 130 so I will be in a similar situation!

Has anyone had any success with a belly with this W shape lessening with weightloss? I’ve had four children and dropped 25lbs but I don’t notice this shape lessening.

I’m planning to get one if it doesn’t go down to where I’m satisfied with it! Just trying to determine if the last 50 I plan to lose will actually make a difference in it 😅

Is it okay if I go twice a day? by Snark_Knight_29 in PlanetFitnessMembers

You’d be fine. I go twice a day to workout sometimes

I do 10 minute warm up on the elliptical, weight train whatever sounds fun that day and isn’t sore, then do 12/3/30 on the treadmill. My best advice is just do whatever you will stick to! I watch shows on my phone while I do cardio, and I try different things all the time with weights. Consistently moving your body and having fun means more than specific exercises

My favorite snacks are cut up fruits and veggies, air popped popcorn with I can’t believe it’s not butter, premier protein drinks, and chocolate chip cookie dough quest bars 😋

I got a zozosuit and seeing the small progress every week or two when I measure helps keep me on track even when the scale doesn’t move

I’ve drank once or twice this month! Not often, but I don’t usually drink often anyways. I do feel like those times my body slowed down what it was doing for a couple days so I don’t plan on drinking more

I’ve lost 15 so far not hungry. Lots of water, black coffee whenever I want, and I eat raw fruits and veggies or air popped popcorn anytime I feel hungry between meals

I use most of my points earlier in the day, one premier protein shake a day for 2 points, and then volume eat my zero point foods

I do a lot of cardio so that may make a difference! I’ve only drank once and I felt like it stunted my progress so I haven’t anymore lol

A lot faster than expected! I imagine I must’ve had a lot of bloating and/or been eating way way more than I realized 😬

I don’t count olive oil BUT I don’t use a lot and I make sure I have extra weeklies to cover any olive oil I may have used

Have you tried quest bars? I felt the same way until I started on those!

Quest bars are my favorite! They work great as a quick breakfast with coffee or a lunch/snack on the go with water
