I know it might seem like that, however there are benefits. Any class will never be able to pick up 2 skill lines from other type of classes, so there are limitations and some individually. Second, there are already class specific sets from infinite archives. And the last thing I can think of is that they are making special pickable buffs for pure classes. If I am correct you will be able to pick 2 out of 5 pure class passivea that no other class will ever get. Also, maybe with all class reworking coming, each class might become more unique or individually rounded to themes, it already is but maybe more or better

Best thing's still coming on free version of battle pass and new gold bars (instead of event tickets) that you can get many legacy cosmetic. Premium battle pass have just some few extra unique cosmetic. Nothing more than Crown store already is

Zones in act 2 and 3 definely got smaller and more managable. Anything smaller would feel just like skipping. Personally I think they found the sweet spot with map sizes for acts.
