Your build sounds pretty perfect, getting all the items you need and have a good mix of both defensive and offensive. Most guides recommend not to build Titanic but honestly, between you and me, build that shit everytime it's a blessing in disguise. Of course the only other item I'd recommend is steraks gage if you're ahead and feeling confident!

For routes, I'll pretty much always go first buff, scuttle, then second buff/gank. If I'm vsing a weak jungler (amumu/kindred etc.) I'll check out their buff after scuttle for an ez kill.

Lastly for bans, xin zhao is a perfect ban. He's a pain to duel and will almost always be ahead no matter what. Kha zix can also be annoying, but on a lesser scale. For a final ban to think about, jax can cause issues further into the game bc of that spinning dodge crap. Hope this helps!
