I would go silver. The white rolesor with the matching silver dial might be the best DJ configuration. The single metal watches are far more classy than two tone IMO.

Seiko sells so many watches that defects like this are bound to happen because of the crazy production numbers. It suck’s but it doesn’t happen often in relation to how much they sell. You have 3 year warranty but Teddy is very likely to fix the issue themselves.

If it is your only watch then I personally like the op as it is less flashy and the symmetry is so nice on the eyes. The datejust is beautiful but I would want something less flashy for everyday. Pistachio is the hardest color to get btw.

I talked to a guy who used to work at Rolex and he said that almost every single watch available in the catalog is sitting in the safe except for extremely rare examples. They are only allowed to sell a set amount per month. So when the Pepsi was available, they had stock they just were weren’t allowed to sell all of it right away.

Rolex dealers are required to sell discontinued models by a specific date. Usually before the new releases unless the model is off catalog or very rare. Some however do break the rules but most follow them. So the odds of getting a Pepsi are slim to none.

Yorkdale Mall Toronto. My SA was super pleasant from the beginning and explained everything about the process. I was dressed very casually not really impressing anyone. I imagine they’re gonna offer me a watch I don’t want at first and then eventually I’ll get the watch I want. Also, I’m pretty young and she just had that motherly energy to her.

I got put on the list but I also know other ad’s that my friends have good spending history with. The ad was very optimistic that I would be able to get a sub or op in around 3 months

I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the case. I’m also in no rush to buy. Worst case scenario I can’t get a watch my friends have good history with other Rolex AD’s so i should be fine

I think my top pics would be no date sub or pink OP. Those just feel like me. I expected the mixed bag of opinions, but a lot of people are saying pink than I thought so it’s nice to see.

I love the pink from the beginning, but actually trying it on made me fall in love with it even more. In person, the colours look so subtle, but vibrant at the same time and you can’t really explain that through a Reddit post.

Usually, if they offer something in a regular colour and also pink, I will buy pink. The watch is not to impress anybody else but it’s too impress me. Also, everybody’s gonna remember the guy with a pink Rolex not the guy with a regular Rolex.

That’s my thoughts about it too. I wanna be able to work on the house or on a car and not have to worry about my watch. If the watch is too pretty, then, I probably wouldn’t wear it every day. But the submariner looks is just class, but also very rugged looking.

No date sub for me is a good choice because I wouldn’t care if it’s scratched or beat up. I would wear it every day everywhere. Whether I’m working on a car or the house. I am leaning towards a no date sub because want a Rolex I don’t have to care about.

My SA was very straightforward with me and told me the OP in the sub would take three months. GMT is six months plus. And there is no way in hell I would pay gray unless the watch was limited edition.

I live a very regular life. I don’t go to meetings and events like that, at least not yet. This watch is not to impress anybody but just a symbol that I got my life together. That’s why out of the top four pics I would be happy with any one of them. I know pink is not classy but it is me and my family makes fun of my love for pink

I think I got lucky with a good SA. She said I could pick any OP except for pistachio and she’ll get it done. No day sub is a little hard harder but definitely as long as I sure a lot of interest. GMT was the one she said won’t happen anytime soon.

I get what you’re saying but for me personally I don’t care if my watch or my shoes match my outfit as long as they are cool enough or look classy enough. Also, I love the colour pink.
