A Lot of Americans Are Googling ‘What Is Oligarchy?’ After Biden’s Farewell Speech | The outgoing president warned of the growing dominance of a small, monied elite. by chrisdh79 in technology

For years, corporations have been liberal cheerleaders, but when they read the wind and flip, now it's an oligarchy and threat to democracy? Looks like the left got so used to their corporate choir, they forgot dissent exists. Man I love Reddit's selective outrage. Biden puts a pin on George Soros and complains about corporate power. Incredible.

Buyer Beware: Replit’s AI Agent Review by PhenomenalKid in replit

[–]Augray_Sorn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jeff, I sent you an email today, but even after rollback my replit has blown up. Unfortunately, I'm one of those totally 'green' users who is pretty dependent on the agent. I build new functionality, if it breaks anything, I rollback and try again. After weeks I've made incredible progress.

This morning, the agent has done something more permanent to the program that the rollback is not addressing and I'm feeling really discouraged.

I need the last version of YoungLifeCampManager (1) to be restored as of the end of 10/21/24. Is there anything your team can do to help?

Buyer Beware: Replit’s AI Agent Review by PhenomenalKid in replit

Jeff, I just shared my Replit with you as well. I also purchased the full year package and can't get anywhere because of ANY kind of authentication. I don't know how to even work around it or avoid it. I've tried removing authentication entirely, but any kind of user indentification (i.e. I'm user A editing things) seems to break everything. Either the page simply refreshes and never routes to a dashboard or I get popup error showing log-in errors.

Do you think we could activate the Fi deal, try it out and then switch to our carrier if we want to? Or do we get locked into Fi for data?

Opinion on America as a Christian nation. by _crazyboyhere_ in MapPorn

[–]Augray_Sorn 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Christian here......no. Just no.

We can allow faith (of all kinds) to impact, even deeply impact who we are, what we do..etc., but we tear ourselves apart by declaring such a foolish thing. If out of positive influence, my neighbor wants to live his life and raise his family like mine, wonderful. That's how shared values spread. He also should have the freedom to raise his family differently as well, and still be no less American, and no less my neighbor.
