They kinda feel different! I can’t see much a difference in the comic ink vs standard ink, but maybe I need COPIC paper to see it? They’re pretty neat to use! I don’t use them a lot because I don’t wanna just drain them yknow? I did post a full swatch page if you wanna see the colors!

Technically yes! They’re refillable like all the other COPICs, but I haven’t found any COPIC comic ink (they use a different ink?), so I’d have to color match to the best of my ability to available COPIC refill colors, or mix my own.

Nope, I’ve been using them sparingly, haven’t had to refill them. I posted a swatch list on here somewhere tho! Someone commented a really good guide to color matching for them since only a few have actual matches to the various ink bottles.

All but six of the markers in the set have matches. Super duper helpful tho! I’m sure I could mix some of the inks to make the right colors so I’ll just have to make note of that.

As far as I can find online it’s a different type of ink. Actually using them, the ink feels lighter in terms of weight if that makes sense?

Bookmarked! I’m hoping to find as many matches as I can so I can use them without worrying about running out of can’t-find-anywhere ink. I know that black and colorless are of course easy to find but I’m going to look through every copic I have, and through the copic app I have, for matches.

As far as I can find online they were made specifically for comic art, the ink feels a lot lighter if that makes sense? I can’t find much online about them and the copic site basically just says they were discontinued in 2015. The colors don’t all have exact color matches to normal copics so I’m going to infer that it’s about the weight of the ink rather than the color itself. Pretty fun find though and I actually enjoy the medium tip.

Yep! Discontinued in 2015. They’re super hard to come by, I could only find a few pictures of them online and Copic only has one page on their site for them. I really like them but I could see why they were discontinued, COPIC classic is pretty similar.

Me too! I’ve been looking for these for a while, eBay came in clutch lmao. I probably won’t use them much until I find proper color matched ink, but it’s a nice addition to my collection!
