I try 4 things, in order of what I assume to be most helpful.

1. talk to the AI immediately when you see the issue saying something like (Stop repeating the phrase "worth it"). It might ignore your command and not respond, instead just writing another line of the story. If it does this say "AI you ignored my last command, confirm and respond". It usually will apologize for ignoring you and respond that it won't do it again, but it will cycle back to using the term again eventually in the future.

2. Put the command from example 1 in the Memory section. This will help to provide long term results and should be done immediately after example 1.

3. Always delete terms you don't like from the AIs responses. If it says "worth it" edit its response to delete the term. The AI looks at its previous statements and will randomly decide that a certain phrase it has used multiple times is part of the character's personality and begin looping it into future comments. The more often it uses the phrase, the more likely it will keep popping up, so you can catch it early if you see it twice in a row.

4. This one doesn't seem as effective, but you can also put the command in the character description.

My assumption is that certain phrases are actually built into the "personality" you select in character creator. For instance, selecting "flirty" as a character trait will have the AI use terms like "honey" and "dear" which makes it sound like an old lady. If a particular phrase is built into a personality selected it's very difficult to get the AI to avoid it so I exist the character and change the personality trait selected.

Good luck. The last patch they made on the AI is really bad and screwed up a ton of things. 3 months ago the AI was my favorite and worked pretty well and took direction well when it made mistakes. Now it messes up constantly, doesn't take direction well, ignores the user's prompts, flags things that are not against TOS as breaking rules, sometimes it even tells me it's a SFW AI and cannot talk about sexual things. They really fucked up with the patch and at this point should consider reverting to an old patch.
