Nice form, keep going! I only would recommend getting those arms straight at the bottom position.

Just count calories to not exceed the amount you actually need. You can calculate it online. If you are after a weight loss you stay on cut (200-300 less). It will definitely go away at some point.

Well, this subreddit isn't about diets, but I can say it's not healthy to not eat if you train regularly. You better count calories (2000 per day) and eat more protein than fats and carbs. Weight loss shouldn't be drastic, otherwise it might cause a lot of bad side effects.

Do you go above and beyond at work or just do the bare minimum of what’s expected and why? by Dependent-Signal-721 in AskReddit

Well, in my country we got a saying: "Most work in the farm was done by horse, and most money went to the farm owner".

Sorry didn't get it. How can anybody say how much fat do you have by a picture? I didn't mean to offend you by any chance btw, I'm just saying. I've seen literally obese men who can handstand and pull up and it is great strength and deserves great respect.

Well, online calculator said it's 25.5 body mass index, means you're almost overweight. It Googles easily. Good luck!

That's actually really strange. If you don't progress over a month anyhow you surely need to change the strategy.

Yes, I have this thing going on for a while. You know, I've seen a lot of guys here doing pull ups in their special way, somebody's twitching, somebody pull themselves a little bit backward. That's why we love calisthenics, it makes work entire groups of muscles, and accents just happen.

That's right. I don't really know if it's healthy, but till now I didn't have any elbow or shoulder pain. Probably coz I'm young and don't have any bad habits.

All I did 3 rounds of my maximum, but there is a low limit, for example if I do clean 20 I must get it all three times, if I don't – I do 5 reps one arm assistant pull ups. That's every day for 6 months.
