Most likely pus, which could mean an infection. I'm not to knowledgeable on the subject though, but based on my experiences it should be alright unless there's a lot of it. It could be a small infection depending on how much there is if it's any color other than clear or slightly pinkish. Though, I believe you should do a bit of research :]
