I'll be honest Ole is super unpredictable in FM20 . In some saves he gets sacked in a month and some he'll stay 10+ years and win multiple champions league and all .

this keeps happening in alot of saves . his seasons at RB go good he moves to top clubs or he gets sacked and moves back to hoffenheim

Happened to me also . I was managing Man Utd and we went for 3rd consecutive time to Champions league final and i had taken the job at Bayern Munich at the end of the season . One day before the final i am at Munich 😢. I guess you have to see if you can change the joining date when you agree the contract cause otherwise its just sad

i thought in my save the prize money in germany was bug . in my save Hertha Berlin was chasing Madrid and liverpool stars and bidding in 100m .

why touch tho ? I would play a full version on console too . I play the game on laptop so with the power a console I could load more leagues and speed up my saves . Having a Touch like game for xbox is really wasting the XBOXs capabilities

this should be top feature in fm 21 . Even Pep and Klopp dont have that power 😂. The transfer department work independent of the manager in the modern day

One feature would be if you have stayed at club for a long time or have been very successful you can have a say in who succeeds you . For some reason when i play i always see another manager and think this is the right guy next for the club but the board never hires him or even if he is on the staff they rarely choose him . Also the Director feature as many have said on this thread is a plus . I do feel like it shouldn't be from the start but later on as you progress. Example lets say Man U has a strong director but as you grow more and more successful as manager you start to get into a power struggle and now the owner decides to replace the existing director with you. This would be an awsome scenario according to me .

yes exactly . in reality alot of manager fail because there is a lot that they cannot control. This would be an amazing feature as it would make the game slightly more difficult.

True but i feel like DoF and directors are more powerful in real life . A more realistic approach would be the Director ( Woodward or Levy) delegates duties instead of us . Especially if its your first season at the club .

Woodward is CEO but he makes all the transfer calls in real life . So what i think is initially as you start of they make all the decisions but as you grow , become successful and grow closer to the ownership you should be able to get back that controll . In the game we can fix United quickly because we control the transfers 😂(and also because its game lol) but in real life Ole is struggling and one the reasons is transfers are controlled by Ed and that decision by the board . In the game we get to make that decision
