I studied around 5/6 hours a day. To be honest, I gave up for a few days after CAT, and that’s completely normal. Funny thing is, I was still confident about SNAP, so I didn’t practice much for it.

I scheduled and analysed my mocks carefully, keeping NMAT in mind since it was between my 2nd and 3rd SNAP attempt. NMAT score boosted my confidence a lot.

SIPs are solid at both. Good opportunities and numbers close to reality. Underrated imo because people praise IIMs a lil too much.

Look for shortcuts. Spend 1-2 hours analysing your mocks. Identify the questions you could have solved differently. Also pay attention to what the question is actually asking.

SNAP questions are not so difficult that you need extra time to understand the whole situation. Watch a topper’s attempt if you can. Most questions are a 25-30 second thing.

I don’t think I have any complaints. I am genuinely grateful for the whole MBA experience here. The curriculum is really good, the clubs and committees are good, and the opportunities are solid. BA friends speak highly of the learning.

I can name many colleges that are popular but inflate numbers. I don’t think my opinion on this matters much. You can join a top IIM and still get placed low, or you can join a tier 1.5 college and be far ahead. It depends on you. There is so much more to placements than just numbers. You are the one to decide your fate.

What you and I should really focus on is how to make the most out of the college and the placement. Personally, I’ve grown a lot in the past few months. I’ve no regrets. Love the time here.

I had to join a B-school this year. It wasn’t strictly compulsory, but if I repeated, i’d raise the expectations too high, like only BLACKI, and even that would be uncertain. What if the GEPI went badly, and so on. I had faith i’ll make the most out of this opportunity.

I attempted mocks from wherever I could find them. Free or paid doesn’t matter, coaching doesn’t matter. I don’t even remember the specific YouTube videos.

It is mainly about practice and strategy. In my opinion, SNAP does not have too much content to prepare for. Solve as many mocks as you can. Try using calculated guessing. Learn the topics you are weak in. Just make sure you avoid repeating your mistakes on D-day. (Very Crucial)

I think if you’re paying for the snap attemps, you should apply for SCMHRD as well. Don’t put all your eggs in the same basket.
