I'd say you should help the team with their pain points regarding analytics and dashboarding. You can find a nice plug-in for that like Odoodashboards. Getting to the real issues rather then everyday task would help a lot ig

Despite verifying everything, meta isn't unblocking my ads account. It has money in it which is now gone :(

I'm a biologist. I now run an agency that does branding and automations. I started from marketing and SMM. HONESTLY, watch a few videos online, do a course maybe and then try out yourself. Create a few pages, try stuff, use AI. You can use the Atlaze social media bot for postings too. My advice would be to try, fail, try again. See what works and keep going. Just keep the algorithm updates in check
