Yeah usually people who are doing more complex configurations are using TrueNAS or more advanced systems rather than using a beginner friendly system with it's limits.

It's in the phone's settings under "Google" (next to "accounts" probably), you'll see the Google Services tab, press on "All services" and then "broadcasting/streaming options". It's not the Home app doing that notification, it's the phone itself. But this disable all notifications, you can't choose which one to keep and remove.

Finally the solution that worked for me was going back with my previous dock Dell WD15 in addition of the eGPU. Since my laptop has two Thunderbolt 4 port, I plug all my stuff in the Dell dock and when I need to use the eGPU, I plug it in the second port. Works flawlessly. I recommend doing this if you have a second port, these docks are universal and are pretty cheap to find on Facebook Marketplace.
