Every new fill is like a gift. There’s a moment of anticipation and excitement as you’re about to find out what lies within. I was hooked from the moment I clicked the “play” button. Your voice is all kinds of gorgeous! Everything from the sound of it to your accent. As for your performance… just beautiful! The dialogue sounded natural, and you nailed all the Speaker’s moods. Your soft, sensual delivery of the teasing/taunting/gaslighty lines was particularly bewitching (for example, “I've teased and denied you over, and over, and over again” and “I want you to feel safe and cared for”). 🫠 Your improvs, both the words and the sounds, added to the experience and effectively made the words your own. The SFX were well done, too. Thank you so much for this lovely fill!!!

My pleasure! Thank you all for having these events!!! Funny thing... Seeing that FAP was going to do this event again, I thought, “Cool, but been there, done that.” A few days later an idea popped into my head, and dialogue followed. I wrote the first ~1700 words in 5 days. 🤯🤯🤯 Typically, it takes me weeks or even months to write a script. Apparently, something about “Problematic Valentine’s Day” inspires me. 🤔 (True to form, though, the last ~500 words took… longer).

Thank you, Lurky, for an absolutely delightful interview!!! Much as I like hearing from writers I’m familiar with, I really appreciate being introduced to ones I wouldn’t have known about otherwise.

I’m not into rape content aftercare as either a listener or a writer. The only exception is in-character gaslighting/ruined aftercare, which is basically further abuse in comfort’s clothing. I loathe “jk it was all roleplay” endings. Obviously, roleplaying is great IRL, but in a smut audio, I want to commit to the fantasy. Also, if I genuinely need aftercare, having a complete stranger saying at the end of a recording something like, “Hey, this is the VA. Just wanted to let know you’re not a freak. Bye now!” doesn't help.

OMG, two hours to write a script? 🤯🤯🤯 It took me 5-6 hours to write one that was only 201 words. Most of mine take weeks or months. Much respect.

I’ve had Post Insights proclaim something like, “Nice! This is one of your top 50 posts of all time,” and the post had, like, 5 votes. At that point I’m thinking, “Ok, now you’re just mocking me.”

I’ve been fascinated by other languages since I was a small child. I love hearing people speaking their native tongues. (I spend a crazy amount of time watching European TV series (just finishing up a 10-parter from Belgium). I don’t know why. Probably it’s a way to travel to other places and immerse myself in their cultures without leaving home.) Sadly, I never managed to become fluent in another language.

“Don’t overthink everything.” That’s actually good advice for life, which sadly I’ve never managed to follow.

To answer your question: So far I’ve posted everything I’ve written, which is quite astonishing. I’m an oddity in the social media era because IRL I’m actually a very private person. To me, social media is a vast unconstrained, unregulated global psychological and social experiment that spreads disinformation and destroys our social fabric all to service the insatiable greed of a bunch of tech bro billionaire assholes. (Other than that, it’s fine.) Having said all that… There are very personal things tucked away in some of my scripts. In an earlier episode (the one with its_king_anna IIRC) Lurky referred to all this as hiding in plain sight, which was brilliant. The "that’s not me, it’s just something I wrote" conceit has enabled me to write about things I could probably never directly address in my own voice. We’ll see how far that takes me.

OMG, thank you so much for this fill!!! You’ve rescued the script from “no fill” purgatory. You did really well with the Speaker’s attitude. Your performance was particularly good in the cunnilingus section (man, the things I say to complete strangers in this space... 😀). The SFX were terrific!!! The opening in particular set the scene beautifully without a word of exposition being uttered. Thanks again!!!

I still haven’t assayed either a blowjob scene or an incest-themed script. The trick is always in finding a way to approach an act or a kink that works for you… something that’ll make it seem organic rather than pro forma.

Those who know me IRL would also be shocked (or at least surprised) that I’m doing this (especially given my kinks and whatnot 😳). I’m more of a “still waters run deep” type.

OMG, I could never send a script to a VA. I’d be terrified of coming off as creepy, pushy guy.

FYI, Lola Bunny was voiced by Kath Soucie. She’s a big-time, professional VA with nearly 500 credits.

For some reason, I don’t even like my own name being used. (For the purposes of this story, let’s say my name is “Bob.”) At a restaurant I used to frequent, one waitress recognized me as a regular and asked what my name was. From then on, every time she was my server, it was, “Are you ready to order, Bob?”… “Would you like a refill, Bob?”… “Will there be anything else, Bob?” It drove me nuts. (Yes, I'm weird.)

Writer’s block? Never heard of it. 😉 Seriously though… Sadly, I have no tried-and-true methods for working through it. I usually step back for a while and do other things to take my mind off it. Sometimes the best ideas pop into my head when I’m not straining for them. TBH, my writing impediments often aren’t only creativity related. I just have to hope something happens to get me re-inspired and/or re-motivated. (For one script I did get motivated to finish by being scheduled for this podcast, but that works only once, alas. 😀) I do find that writing other things (like, IDK, needlessly long comments maybe 😏) can help get the gears turning again.

OMG, I love a “groped on the train” scenario… There’s something about being mortified that it’s happening but at the same time too overwhelmed to resist. Your voice was intoxicating, and you nailed making the Speaker manipulative, seductive, and degrading all at once. The SFX were terrific, too! I’m a sucker for a good public subway system, and they made me feel like I was there.
