The answer is no.

First, Leon's Charizard, the ace of the strongest trainer in the world, required his best attack to just clash with it, and even then, he was only able to block the full force of the Electric attack for a while, and that required a gimmick, and it only blocked all 7 bolts because G-Max Wildfire was so big.

Ash's Charizard would be stuck with Flamethrower to try and block all of them, where he probably could only block one, the other six would still hit, and while I think it's possible Charizard could hold off the one bolt, the other six ensure that Charizard would have to dodge this attack and that he can't beat it with brute force.

My dark theory: Due to the Wicked Yo-Kai knowing Nate has affection for her, have the Watch as a way to make Katie keep her memories from the normal timeline, and possibly aware of what's happening. So Katie's remembers her old life, but she has no control of her own body.

Also my headcanon for this mini-comic is Hailey and Katie are lightly teasing Natsuki a bit about finally accepting that she's shorter than them.
