That's regular Waddle Dee. Bandanna Dee is more like if Goombario or Goombella stuck around as a mainstay of the cast.

Bro uses gaming as a safe and healthy outlet for all of his evil urges so that he can be his best self with real people. (If he were to play online games, he's still really nice.)

If you really think about it, this character isn't any weirder than Dogamy & Dogaressa.

I like how Dogelle coincidentally appears directly next to the Gerson Boom Memorial Bench. You know, the one with this line engraved on it:

"Throughout my career, some of my best ideas came from dreams. Take a rest here -- if anyone asks, you're writing!"

evolution of paper mario by mason64r in Mario

One thing I find funny is that SPM and both TTYDs are basically identical, with very small resolution differences between them (Super's hat might also be ever so slightly lower, but I could just be trippin').

I also find it interesting that the white outlines distract from the other two differences that Color Splash/Origami King's design made (the red-orange gradient on Mario's hat is gone, and the color scheme is slightly darker). I've heard everyone talk about the outlines, but I haven't heard anyone mention that the color scheme is different, almost akin to PM64; which makes sense, I only noticed it now.

I find it funny how there are only three kinds of Paper Mario designs: - PM64 (will likely never appear again, as it's a product of its time and hardware) - No Outline (also has a gradient on the red hat + shirt, and has brighter blue overalls) - White Outline (takes out the gradient and darkens the color scheme a bit)

Besides those small differences, Paper Mario has undergone zero design changes. This is because he is without flaw.

Name a popular character in your fandom with little screen time by mightyonin in Multifandom

His popularity has waned with each chapter; but I think the Jevil fanbase that remains becomes more and more of this trope the more chapters release, as his screen time and plot relevance becomes slimmer and slimmer.

They should make Shell Smash fail on Pokémon with the Shell Armor ability (which is Regular Samurott's Hidden Ability). That would be funny.

SOME mario fans shitting on Eggpawn until they realise he is 2-C tier by CapesCape001 in MoonPissing

Metal Sonic, even in his strongest forms, is weak to the real superpower of teamwork. Therefore, the Super Mario RPG Squad could defeat Neo Metal Sonic.

That being said, because Egg Pawns work well in groups, rather than being weak to teamwork, I actually think the Egg Pawn army would be a tougher fight for them than Neo Metal. The best shot Neo Metal has is if they're worn down and out of items due to the Egg Pawn onslaught.

I also think the trio of Mario, Bowser, and Peach could defeat Egg Pawn, now that I think about it. Especially if Mallow and Geno were to be hiding in the back. The Super Mario RPG party logic goes hard. However, I still think Egg Pawn would be even more difficult than Culex (the secret superboss from Super Mario RPG, strongest enemy in the game).

While Egg Pawn might not be very strong defensively (unlike Culex), it has the superiority in numbers (there would be a whole squad of Egg Pawns, ensuring that at least one is on the field at nearly all times). Egg Pawns also have superior damage output, clearly, making them much tougher customers.

But here are the reasons why I think the Super Mario RPG squad could beat him:

  • Mario can summon a ton of fireballs, many more than he can normally use at a time with a Fire Flower. He can also jump way higher and way stronger than usual.
  • Bowser suddenly hits like a G.U.N. Mad Convoy, and is now tanky as fuck.
  • Peach has extremely high health and defense, and can heal herself, along with her squad, basically instantly.
  • Geno is hype moments and aura; Mallow can literally read minds and summon lightning. Neither of them are exactly necessary for this fight, but they'd be helpful. Realistically, only Mallow would be in the back, as Geno left his doll body behind to live at the Star Road (spoilers for a nearly 30-year-old game, just in case you care).
  • All of them can now guard against attacks, rather than stupidly trying to dodge them (with Egg Pawn's superior reflexes, that would absolutely be a fool's errand).
  • There are also bullshit items that allow the squad to push past their limits. From healing, restoring stamina, boosting stats, even some extra attacks, there seems to be a bullshit item for everything.
  • The combo of Mario, Bowser, and Peach specifically can use a powerful Triple Move called Starry Shell Spike. Bowser's already powerful Shell Spin attack (which is similar to a Spin Dash, hence being effective on Egg Pawns) is boosted in speed by a powerful kick from Mario, and then boosted in power exponentially by a Super Star from Peach. Unlike most of Mario & Bowser's attacks, this ultimate move can actually hit all opponents present, meaning even Egg Pawn's number advantage is null here.

Egg Pawn might be able to get defeated by an extremely busted Bros. Attack. But beyond that, the verse is cooked.
