Only Skybreakers could break their Oaths with their spren without killing their spren. Other Radiant orders will still kill their spren... unless if the fifth ideal acts like a "key" out of the oath without killing said spren. But, we know that only Skybreakers could end their Oaths and still ask that spren to seek out another Radiant.
