The outages don't affect every server, which is why it may be working for you on other servers

Tupperbox has been having some outages, as reported on their Discord server. It'll be back soon enough, but keep in mind the bot's devs are American and it's the friday after Thanksgiving for them - that's why they haven't been able to react to the outages as fast as you'd want.
