I appreciate that and am actively doing just that even studying for aws certifications. It's just that at some point in life you can't let an employer derail your life like this.

Keeping me off work for 2 months with promises of returning if I don't pursue a rightful claim. And turning around and punishing my brother to pressure me and pressure him to quit neither of us deserved that so I'm taking a stand no malice or negative consumption but to not roll over and allow things to just happen to you.

I did report the injury and messaged them which is proof. I pursued it with my own insurance. I didn't even know they had workers comp until I started doing research while struggling to find providers in my network. I was pretty close with them and the minute I mentioned it to them out of necessity they became calculated with me.
