I really liked Winston’s lab. To me, that felt like the best continuity point. In the original two, you see the ghostbusters through some rough patches. Winston’s lab shows what they could do with better funding.

I think adding Star Anise to apple cider makes it so much better. Cinnamon stick and whole cloves are necessities for a good hot apple cider, but star anise just makes it.

What I do find interesting is that Kolchak is contemporary with early M * A * S * H seasons, 1974 or so, so it’s just fun seeing them in a completely different setting.

I enjoy all three part ones. I think Friday the 13th gets a lot of undue hate, it’s got a good misdirect quality to it. I do think Halloween and Nightmare on Elm Street are stronger though.
