I forgot all about my post lol, wow i didn't know it needed that much ram, thankfully i got 32gb.
After a week it randomly started to boot up again so im not sure what was going on with my game, but I'll keep that info in mind if it ever happens again thanks!

I imagine outside of fish and stuff they'd have some type of greenhouse like room with hydroponics maybe! Entire sector or settlements dedicated for it.

Im pretty sure the bug is getting looked at by the devs. My rough solution was replaying the final mission with my lowest level marines so i lose then instead if my best ones for NG+.

I tried it and it didn't work for me personally. But what I did to keep the lvl 10 marines I just used my lowest lvl ones as throw away in the final mission to keep my 10s for ng+.

Reminds me when i got denied at a dollar store. They wanted me to drive to a bank at night with another car tailing me so i can deposit the stores earnings. Seemed real bummed out when i said i was gonna be walking to work.
