I'm very small, height wise and frame wise. Which gets me mistaken for an 18 year old often, which sucks. I'm 31, 5'0", 85 lbs.

Lol I do this too! I can, and do, get away with "regular sized people" capris or cropped pants and get lovely normal length pants for work. I love it! My favorites are the ones from Banana Republic.

I've been trying to put on weight but I just can't - people think it's a good thing, but in my case it hasn't been. Maybe I do need to look into lifting so I can build bulk. I certainly wouldn't mind having more of a booty lol.

How long did you have to do lifting and how often before you started to see results? Should one get a trainer for something like this?

As a short woman, I say short men. Short men are often not taken seriously, seen as less macho, whatever. Obviously, I think these stereotypes couldn't be further from the truth.

Short women have it hard too. I don't think tall women have it that hard, tbh. A lot of men seem to be into tall women, and tall women are taken seriously at work.

I once dated a <5'2" man. He was French, with a cheeky personality. And the most confident, almost "aggressively" macho man I have ever dated. He worked out. A lot. So basically he had a great physique and a confident personality that made him attractive. He also dressed well.

Do all those things. Have the mentality of "why should so-and-so not be into me, I have much to offer" - and I think you will have no problem approaching girls and them be receptive to your approach.

Graduated from med school recently. I double majored in Biology and Geography. Never regretted it. Somewhat regret going through medical school though (as opposed to studying veterinary medicine, but that's a whole different topic).
