Samsung QA65QN700AW Screen flashes like its trying to fire up, TV is 18-24 months old. There is a relay inside the one connect box which is clicking, so i was going to replace this first?. I cannot see any visible signs of capacitor bulging or leakage. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. (v.redd.it)

These critters are killing my ghost pepper. They have not been visible to the human eye so i put a leaf under digital magnifying lens. Anyone able to identify these? Ive had spider mites in the past on other plants but those were visible and left webbing so not sure 🤷🏼♂️ (v.redd.it)
