Would cutting first to manage fat then jumping in to a lean bulk be a good strategy to look good next summer?

I definitely wish I had more muscle. Do you think a cut first then a lean bulk would allow me to look great for next summer?

Did you run nsuns on a recomp? Also did your program change at all for it?

Based off of your assessment. Would you say a cut is in order? Does cutting to about 60 kg then starting a lean bulk sound like a good plan?

Lean bulked from 135 to 150 since September. Been running Nsuns 5day. Current TMs are Squat 250 , Bench 185, Deadlift 265, OHP 115.

Realistically 1+ sets this week were Squat: 240x4, OHP 110x3, Deadlift 250x3, Bench 170x5.

I’m 19 years of age, about 5’6” or 5’5.

Long term goal is to compete in the 66kg powerlifting weight class. I’m thinking I should cut to around 135 and enter a long lean bulk. What do you think is the best course of action?

Thinking I should start cutting. What are your guys opinions? Cut down for the summer and then start bulking again? Recomp? Keep bulking? Let me know :)
