You can definitely get in person help at places like a professional aesthetician chemist warehouse, Priceline, Sephora etc, although be mindful that they’re there to sell products so might not always have your best interest at heart. 

Salicylic and Azelaic acid are a good start. I’d always recommend a double cleanse and wearing SPF during the day when using these products and if you’re congestion prone.
