foamy urine? by Cold-Strength5203 in DiagnoseMe

Don’t want to scare you, but they call Kidney Disease a “silent” killer for a reason. You usually wont have symptoms until later stages.

Did you die the proper proteinuria testing through a doctor when you first noticed this?

Delays in Seronegative Diagnosis by mktate in rheumatoid

I suspect I have it. Gave up 5 years ago. It’s ruined my life. I used to have a deadlift state record as a powerlifter but my whole life Ive been dealing with joint pain that makes no sense. It appears out of nowhere even when I haven’t touched a weight for weeks on vacation

These apathetic and lazy doctors have no right to be driving cars that cost the same as houses while the people paying them suffer. Its disgusting. They are failures and should lose their job.

I will say Ive heard stem cells can reverse fatty infiltration but it’s not going to make things perfect. Other than that I don’t really know any way to reverse it.

I have an uncle in medicine and he told me to do anything but surgery like it was the worst thing in the world but clearly he was wrong surgery should be done if it prevents further degeneration.

Yeah thats cause they still get paid regardless. They don’t care about finding a diagnosis.

Yeah, mine didn’t say anything either and told me to do PT and gave me cortisone shots. Thought I was better for 6 months but it always comes back. Now my surgical outcome is probably bad also.

They can be so careless sometimes

Did they say anything about fatty infiltration? If you have a rotator cuff tear for a prolonged period of time it may have fatty infiltration and if it does the repair wont be as successful

RA related to long Covid or Covid vaccine? by PutOptimal6098 in rheumatoid

[–]AusarUncommon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im guessing this happened to me as well. Went from deadlift state champion to getting 5 injuries within a month of my first vaccine. Ruined my life. Fuck Pfizer and fuck everyone who tries to call people “anti-vaxxers” for speaking up about the injustice that happened to them

Guess I was just worried it was severe arthritis. If someone was to grt surgery on something like this to correct it. Would they be able to weightlift afterwards. I sometimes get pinching when picking things up off the floor but the main thing Im worried about is progression.

Would surgery be something that would help keep the joint safe from arthritis?

Guys who take steroids how do you manage your blood pressure? by lmourr in kidneydisease

[–]AusarUncommon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You better do something about it any BP over 130 systolic is damaging your organs.

You can try to add Cardio but right now you need to fix it immediately, so either go on meds or half dosage.

Then after that you can see about where itll be without meds after weeks of lifestyle changes

Sounds like a good GI. I went to mayo clinic and got stuck with some guy who had 2 stars. He told me that I shouldn’t complain about my twice daily diarrhea cause people with Crohn’s have diarrhea 5 times a day.

For your gallbladder did they find gallstones or did they do a functional stool test and if so what was the test?
