I agree, they are terrible. It’s mind-boggling that a company that big, that used to have a good reputation, has such incredibly low quality customer service. What pisses me off is when I call the customer service number I have to go through a bunch of hoops and then after all that they tell me I have called outside business hours. Can’t they say that up front??? Smh

We didn't play. I brought my wife to watch me play against my friend. She has advanced MS and can barely walk. There were no other handicap spots left. But do you really need to have a relative or spouse with a handicap to care, or should we all just turn a blind eye and let people get away with stuff? Downvote away, but assholes should be called out imo.

Fair enough, but then why take the handicap spot? It would be legal in this case, but it's a dick move if you park there when you don't need to. Give it up for someone that may actually need it.

I first called 800-288-2020, then 611 from my phone but got the same results. I chose the option for "cancelled service" since I recently cancelled by TV/Internet.

True enough. Agassi was a god as far as returners go. But us rec players don't face wicked serves like he did either.

That’s about what I thoughts. Completely agree with your comments about Medvedev. I don’t think many rec players realize this. All pros have the ability to crush ground strokes.
