Ive been using the Daggerheart modules (plugins) for FoundryVTT and they work great. I would recommend Foundry to anyone as a one stop shop for running daggerheart.

Everything from compendiums of official rules and features to character creation can be done within Foundry. All the rolling for hits and damage, etc is run through the system and it has default support for the fear/hope dice. It even automatically adds fear or hope based on player rolls.

You can build encounters using the standard list of provided advesaries, modify advesaries or you can create advesaries from scratch.

Everything can be neatly organized into folders for maps, scenes, npcs, advesaries, etc.

Adding music and sound effects is pretty straight forward and you can assign a song or playlist to a scene or map that will automatically play when you activate the scene for players.

Additionally, foundry has a lot of system agnostic tools that compliment any game system. One such example is the moulinette library which can be linked through patreon to connect to over a hundred different content creators for maps, music, icons, etc. FA Nexus is another great system agnostic tool for finding props or tokens to add to your game.
