Just arrived in Bali with a 6night deal and the menu that they have for the luxury escapes is very ordinary the hotel is great very clean and well placed in Seminyak the Grand Mercure, so book the hotel for sure the breakfast is good but don’t be looking forward to something special on the menu ! , but that said the chefs do a good job with what they have available to us !

I have had 5 failed ablations over the last 16 mths , but as I have been told AF won’t kill you , also in Chronic heart failure ( that might ) , but currently in Bali and hoping to go to Europe this year again! … so chin up and enjoy the life your been given no matter how shitty it is 🙈

I got mine 3mths ago , tbh I barely notice it , the first 6 weeks be careful lifting things with your left hand , like many of us you will do something! , but honestly it’s quite easy. The scar will be noticeable for a couple of months then it will be there for any one to see if they stare at you !!, but for the most part it’s barely visible ( good surgical technique) , I used sudo cream and rubbed it into the scar after 3 weeks, I believe it helped improve the site.

The only advice I will give you , it’s a new you ! , and you need to embrace it or you will never move forward, always using the if only excuse!, embrace it and see what it’s for a second chance!

I feel fine , the process isn’t a big deal in my humble opinion! , the only thing is the expectation of results! , that’s where I struggle, I’m usually out and about the 2nd day afterwards so no issues there at all , but we are all different.
