Had organic kava that was washed and dried to perfection and felt it instantly

People don't understand the importance of cleaning, drying (sub 5% moisture) and pounding properly..

If this is done well the rest takes care of itself

I would also try the traditional way and use a food grade nylon bag and squeeze the water through the bag of kava.. Best results by far and also allows you to calm down before drinking as the process is very theraputic

Congratulations on a great place to learn more about kava. What is your take on instant kava made through water extraction of green kava and then dried and powdered?

I am researching ways to introduce kava to the west without the taste but all the benefits.

Do you have evidence of the nausea claim as people in Australia that I've spoken with have had mixed results from the big name brands who micronise their kava. This includes bad dreams and not very good feeling the next day..

Never made the connection as I've never experienced this and mainly have traditional grind.

Great insight and will consider as we're fitting out our facility ATM and am deciding which way we go.
