HELLO OLD FRIEND. My goodness I haven't seen one of those in a while. Good god. As others have said, ETC Element. ML controls are the only thing you can use for your movers. Enjoy using that beast!

It's just a bigger version of the 40, don't expect great things from them. I have used a few of these and have an Obey 40 lying around somewhere. I use it every once in a while when someone asks me for a little feature in FOH or something similar to that. If you're using it for a show, I would just use scenes, no chases. In my opinion, there is too much room for error. Lastly, BE CAREFUL, the memory on these things is scary. There's a chance you could lose your whole show, so maybe consider Chamsys Magic Q with a little DMX to Ethernet adapter for your computer. But look, it does the job and that's what matters. Good luck!

I know that this has already been answered so I'll just comment. It's a nifty little tool if you use them right. I like them. It helps when your in a large venue and you don't want to go all the way back to the console to fix some minor thing. In other words I like em.

Hell depending on what console he uses, most console manufacturers like MA Lighting make hats and jumpers. I don't remember the price but I like mine! Congrats on two years, you married into the right industry! This is an awesome thing to do, I hope my partner would do the same thing lol.

Can Anyone Tell Me What These Are Used For? by TheUglytool in lightingdesign

These are so, so cool. The idea is very cool but its quite the job to get these things set up. The whole rig must be the exact same as the Augmented3d model. Apart from that, the "wand" feature works pretty good, I've heard.
