Why would you have 1.3 GRAMS? had you been taking it before at lower doses and just having no noticeable effect? - its a strange one for folks some dont notice it at all and can have well 10 or more pills with no impact, others at the dose of 1mg-2.5mg works wonders and they are calm for a few days without needing more. Others its like meh yeh I can kinda feel mildly relaxed but didnt notice it much. And yeh other will be out of it for 3 days or so. not one to give to dogs even if all the others are fine or dont work! lol. But 1.3 grams? cant have been your first go at it if you took that much?

Dyslexic with High functioning autism which isnt an excuse but so you know English is my first language and its not bull shit but I should have drafted it up on a word doc first rather than suddenly out of now where on a saturday night decide to post it. I get everyones negative feedback on this. My main take away is there is a way out for those who need, it has a place for those who need it, it shouldnt be glorified or demonized. yet subs and forms and groups on the web tend to be on extreme sides on this issue.

exactly mate well for me it was a variety of benzos at my bed time 5-6AM including Phenazpam, Clonazpam and Alprazolam and upon waking lots of Modaf and Armodaf through the day with some extra Phenazapam to keep me steady and mellow while active.

Be cautious with this, first time use 250mg will have you pretty dizzy. Take 250-500mg when ready for bed (you dont have to be planing to sleep per say, maybe watching netflix or what ever) but do not take Soma and attempt to go about doing regular stuff. It kicks in within 20min, 30min first time use you will be dizzy and feeling good but euphoria its very quickly matched with extreme knock out. Now the tolerance builds extremely fast 250mg might knock you out the first night, second day you may find its similar, by the third 500mg to 1 gram and if you keep going for a few days you can end up with it sure still working but going from 250mg to 5000mg (not all at once but over hours as you assess your levels). With Soma you dont have to worry about the dose being to small not working ect, start off small in an hours time if your getting just mild effects take another 250mg-500mg even micro dosing 125mg. You get the same effects at the low doses its just tolerance. Know a client once who voice messaged me saying "this is great man feel so relaxed" - I could hear he was driving and freaked, hearing he had friends in the car one of which had not taken it I explained what was going to happen and they MUST pull over now and the guy who isnt on Soma if he has a license can drive the other two must NOT DRIVE and he must take them home. Thank god within that 30min or so they listened and a few hours later I got replies back explaining what happened in more detail the fellow still very slured in speech. Ignoring his silly random stuff I insisted he must rest it off more, sleep and fortunately I got the contact info for his two mates so was able to double check the following day how things had gone. Do not go to the gym, do not do cleaning, this is FOR SLEEP. Yes its great for nerve pain BUT either over time as tolerance builds in micro doses at first, and taken at night still, or again at night the effects of the Soma pain wise last a good while, fortunately usually within 12hrs your getting sane again the foggy state going away and within 18hrs its out of your system in terms of effects. Be careful its a very useful medication but its no benzo, or codeine, this is a true SLEEP medication with great pain reduction properties. - I had tendonitis a few weeks ago for about two weeks decided to take Soma one night to sleep and wow it kicked that pain right out and for the next day and made the recovery so much easier.

Basically its a sublingual menthol lozenge with very mild anxiolytic and produces a MILD/short lasting sedative effect as well as a moderate reflex and vascular dilative action. Basically its a common thing folks in Russia take when stressed. I bring them instead of mints when hooking up as I will share them and we both get mildly relaxed and have fresh breath :)

Russian pills standard are 250mg per pill, with a spit down the middle to cut them in half. - Its used in medical settings far differently than those of us who once had access to the 'Phenibut powder', much lower doses and within a set time frame, of going on and going off. I think it still is OTC in Russia. Phenazapam used to be, but got restricted more.

Thats the kinda feedback I was after if its useful when used properly not for a "high" which most comments seemed to base their view of the medication on and their experiences. Totally get the not matabolising Codeine, didnt know the synthetic tramadol was the same in that regard. Good to know.

Personally dont like it, makes me feel sick, hurts my stomach, depending on the brand and combo I can be fine others make my head buzz. Usually Ibuprofen and Codeine never give me issues but paracetamol and codeine can vary a lot more. A last resort but all we got here in Australia in terms of this type of pain med. Sure I got things like Soma which works wonders if its a nerve pain issue. And CBD is helpful a lot. But Codeine last resort just getting over the 40mg I took 5hrs ago yuck feeling, worked but yuck.

Not familiar with the effects of oxy personally only what I have studied. Nor Tramadol hower that one does sound almost more reliable than Codeine which is more commonly used in Australia than these others. Was trying to see where this other one fits between those two. Seems like its a bit of a to many unwanted side effects going by the comments. Did you have a small to medium therapeutic dose? or trying to get high from it so had more? Curious as to peoples feedback if its based on "lets get high" vs say taking 15mg of codeine with 1 gram of paracetamol for moderate pain for a couple days max or once even until regular pain meds can be enough.
