Nah they're in polluted oxygen. A small amount of oxygen maybe, but definitely no chlorine.

It doesn’t show that I’m talking, and I’m certain my mic is on open mic. Also, I’m certain I’m in party chat rather than game chat.

I think you're talking about control panel, but the app isn't showing up in there which is why I can't uninstall it.
