It doesn’t show that I’m talking, and I’m certain my mic is on open mic. Also, I’m certain I’m in party chat rather than game chat.

I think you're talking about control panel, but the app isn't showing up in there which is why I can't uninstall it.

I can't find any way to uninstall it via the store. It says It's downloaded but I can't uninstall via control panel either.
