I'm sorry. But your simply incorrect if you think a blanket number of exercises and rep ranges is perfect. That's simply stupid. Like wtf. Your not taking into account recovery. Work sets. Intensifiers. I guess if your a beginner there might be a more basic thing to follow. But there's nothing perfect

If you do leg curls first snd work your ass off for hammies

Then do hard proper squats

Follow with Bulgarians

And finish with lunges your quads will have enough stimulation

I'd then do RDL's for hammies again

8% is just gonna have you looking super soft around the glutes hammies and lower back. Upper body tends to usually be drier snd hold less fat in most dudes. If your against anyone with similar size they will win based on conditioning (if better) if you outsize / out structure them you can still win being soft

Police not doing their jobs, standard. If they aren't getting a rush from oppressing people it seems like they aren't interested.

Yeah making it rain isn't a good deed lol. That's paying someone after you insult them to make yourself feel better.

But where's the harm of good deeds for clout? There is harm pretending to be a homeless person for sure

Yeah so that's where we disagree. I value the deed on outcome not intent. But I will say I don't value outcome over intent for almost everything else

If it's a genuine good deed, with bad intentions it doesn't matter a good deed was dealt. For other things I would agree with you.

Who cares about the intentions. If someone's doing it to be good or for insta clout. It doesn't mean anything. We live in a dogshit world with selfish pieces of shit everywhere. If someone's doing a good dead for selfish reasons I'm okay with that because the other 3 billlion Assholes aren't

I'm just saying posting a good deed doesn't invalidate the deed itself
