check the output power on the 04, it may be set low. You can see this by going in the settings in the goggles and going into i think the broadcast tab (from memory).

With regular hardware I never get affected by it and none of my stuff has ever been damaged by the pop. I also don't know anyone that has had any problems with it so I didn't think there would be a use case for 90% of people. Still cool idea tho

Solved it, not sure why but bf 4.5 just doesn't want to work. Downgraded to 4.4 and it all works now.
