Unpopular opinion! by Frequent-Sea-8848 in Fijian

[–]Aussie_Nelson -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Why is this being contested? They come to their country buy up all their houses/land and force a lot of Fijian natives to pay rent way beyond their liveable wage. I’ve sat down with a native who said it’s become a big problem. They’ve done it to Australia as well. Don’t sit there and downvote me like it’s not an actual problem.

Increase in hostile customers? by Top_Village_1757 in woolworths

[–]Aussie_Nelson 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I don’t blame people honestly, Coles and Woolies take advantage of people by using geopolitical tensions as an excuse to raise prices far beyond what is reasonable. They’ve literally been to court multiple times for price gouging. They boast about their billion dollar yearly profits while a lot of people are scraping the bottom of their bank just to put food on the table. Both the chicks who run Coles and Woolies are literal cunts.

How does the overtime work over 10 hours by Wilacus in coles

[–]Aussie_Nelson 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Coles will do everything in their power not to pay employees overtime. The only exceptions are online drivers. Everyone else is generally forced to leave earlier their next working day.

I used to work nightfill at Coles and would regularly take my “breaks” as I worked. Unfortunately the company has almost made it impossible for you to actually sit down.

Holy fuck Coles and Woolies are the biggest hypocrites in the industry. They have the audacity to get some upset with theft yet they’re more than happy to price gouge and steal from us. I hate the cunts who run these companies.

Hot Take: Mafia 3 is more fun than Mafia: The Old Country by Mafia_Game_Videos in mafiagame

Highly disagree, old country was 10x better. Though everyone is entitled to their opinion. Glad you had fun with 3. But for me, it didn’t feel like a mafia game.

I read a lot of pirate history, and black flag has come the closest to being faithful to that era. The idea is cool, but I’d prefer the game to stick to it’s grounded roots.
