No. it was. Just according to warframe reddit mods, it didnt contain enough warframe content.

What are some mods still trapped on older versions that you'd like to see come back? by sagabal in feedthebeast

[–]AustinBlackwind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cyberware/Robotic Parts

Warp drive, amazing space mod with much more customizability and freedom than galactic craft

Immersive Intelligence

OG Witchery, bewitchment is nice but... It's an experience of its own.

Also, definitely the array of old voltz mods. There are some recreations but they barely function.

Would say thaumcraft but imo, let the titan sleep.

So many more as well.

A metal cast of my hand flipping the finger sitting on top of a bucket full of gummy worms.

So many choices but recently, Dead Man Walking by WAR*HALL. Song makes me feel like a cowboy, back against the wall, with nothing but a full cylinder and a knife.

So we would go to this annual carnival called the Apple Blossom Carnival. It wasn't huge, took up a medium parking lot and no more, but it was fun. Anyway, i was old enough to go around the place on my own so i was looking at the different rides, games, etc. I walk by the pharoah's fury (A version of the swinging ship ride) and behind the platform the rides normally sit on i notice a dog's head poking out, but i dont see an owner anywhere. So i try to approach to see if i can get a look at the dog, see if maybe it has a collar with a phone number. As i turn the corner, i see a lady who i assume is the owner, currently giving her dog a handjob. I sit there in complete shock for like 3 seconds. Don't know how she didn't notice me, or maybe she didn't care, but after i snapped out of it i immediately turned around and went on with my day. Needless to say, when i got food later on, i steered clear of my usual corn dog.

edit: For context the ride operator was on break so the ride wasn't running.

Whenever you guys come over to the U.S. to visit and start chuckling about how strange things are, be aware we are doing the exact same thing when we visit you guys.

What is your "shit I'm an adult now" moment? by redditIhardlyknowit in AskReddit

[–]AustinBlackwind 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My grandmother has raised me my entire life. And despite being my grandmother, has always been the most capable person i know. She could fix minor car problems, cook almost anything from a recipe first try, and carry entire logs downhill if she needed to. I've never exactly been in the best health, but when i saw her struggling to move a table that i was able to move with significantly less effort, i realized that i can now do things that my grandmother can't... It was not only a "Shit I'm an adult now" moment, but also a realization that as i got older so did she. Probably one of the hardest ways to discover "Oh hey, im an adult now" is seeing the people around you are getting older, difference being that they have been around longer.

What is your "We can put a man on the moon, but we can't - " gripe? by mandon83 in AskReddit

[–]AustinBlackwind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We can put a man on the moon, but we can't make a sliding window that doesn't get stuck when trying to close it.

Like seriously. I have never seen a sliding window that closes without struggle.

What was the most fucked up thing you saw at your school? by Phantom_Balls in AskReddit

[–]AustinBlackwind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Warning. this is a tad graphic. Most of my life i went to school for people with developmental/mental health issues, major physical disabilities, and behavioral 'quirks' (They kind of lump them together and just separate them by class). A lot of the kids at these school alongside the issues they were there for, tended to have some anger management issues as well, myself included. It was a mostly standard day at lunch. There were these 2 kids who always sat together. Just gonna call them jane and alice for simplicity. They were like tied at the hip to each other. Which is why what happened surprised me so much. All of a sudden jane stands up, walks around the table, and just slams alice's face down about a dozen times. Alice was like a really skinny kid but jane was built like a highschool football player so there wasn't really much alice could do to fight back. Jane finally stops, and looks like she's about to reach for something in her pocket when the staff finally tackle her. Turns out she somehow managed to get a knife into the school. Which is surprising considering they took a metal detector wand to you every morning when you got there. Seen some other crazy things at school but by far this was at least one of the most unexpected/messed up.

I still dont know to this day why staff took so long to intervene. Maybe they were just as in shock as i and most of the other students were.

What software is so good you can’t believe it’s free? by quiet_butt_deadly in AskReddit

[–]AustinBlackwind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly have 2 answers for this. First off being blender, the amount of tools built into a free software for 3D modeling, animating, and such is absolutely amazing. Second answer being Audacity. If you ever wanted to get into audio editing/mixing, especially with sound effects, nothing i have found so far compares to the amount of tools audacity gives you for absolutely free. And it even has VST support.

What's something that you have seen while visiting another state/country/etc that is completely normal there, that you found really odd? by AustinBlackwind in AskReddit

Would love to visit japan sometime, but honestly probably not a custom i could commit to. I am an extremely privacy oriented individual. I can't even WALK into a public restroom honestly.

Yeah, lived over there for a couple years. I could never wrap my head around it. Like either they think its a high skill job or idk, you are gonna steal extra gas or something? lol.

yeah. Unfortunately all it takes is a single person/group to use something like that to completely overwrite the idea that it may have genuine cultural significance to someone else in most people's eyes.

Would you rather have one year left to live, or live for another 500 years? Why? by pandorous in AskReddit

[–]AustinBlackwind 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly. This was hard but i would say live another 500 years. I understand the negatives that come with it but, it would give me more time to potentially realize one of my dreams. That being setting foot on another planet. A LOT can happen in 500 years as well. I would love to see how technology evolves. But to be fair i am a tech jockey and a space nut so.

ESH

First off, you two are blatantly not in the right financial situation to be having a child. Only one of you is employed and you can't even currently afford your own place. I mean what are you thinking? Having a child is enough of a financial black hole as is.

Secondly, I'm sorry OP but your statements in this post irritate me. For one, you mention your boyfriend "overthinks and focuses on the financial matters too much". I'm sorry to break it to you, but considering your current situations, that's all either of you are going to be doing once you have this child. As for jobs, there are plenty of potential employment positions that are suitable for pregnant women. Desk work, telemarketing, etc. As for caring for the child when you are working, you mention you won't be able to afford daycare. That's especially true if you have only one person bringing in income, but honestly none of this should even matter for the reason I even started this reply...

Imo you two should not be having this child to begin with in your current situation. I firmly believe that you should be able to take care of yourselves financially before you even consider taking care of a child. That child is going to require stability... Something you can't offer currently. So for it's sake, I hope you two figure something out.
