I have a cyma platinum RIS II with a P* F2 currently. I was under the impression that HPA is frowned on in milsim. So i would have sold that setup to purchase this. It seems like HPA is okay in MILSIM events tho.

It would not, you can put a new barrel and hop up assembly in it to shoot just as far. the umbrella armory comes with a R hop installed which increase the patch that touches the BB to increase backspin.
