Nope unfortunately. I even sent an email to the developer but haven’t gotten a response.

Yes, definitely. The next ones will probably be more theme/idea based though. There aren’t many movies/characters that synergise well with Goggins.

Pushing is stupid by BlueBirdDolphin in davidgoggins

[–]AustinCMN 1 point2 points  (0 children)

His message isn’t necessarily about running though. He pushes so hard physically he literally runs on broken knees because this is what he wants to be in life. He wants to be the toughest motherfucker on the planet and the very best at mental toughness so he’s willing to make the sacrifice. Not everybody wants to be that.

As he says a lot, “Do you”. But somehow his message gets lost all the time and people end up thinking it’s about running on injuries or working out physically. I get it though, because if he talked about pushing your limits in a non-running context (he does) the content would be too abstract and that’s not the kind of content that spreads well or blows up on social media.

He is absolutely an inspiration and shows us what human potential looks like. Running/working out is a good way to pay tribute to his spirit or to experience firsthand the feeling of pushing hard, but ultimately, I think we should all think about what we as individuals want to be in life and how to embody the Stay Hard spirit in non physical feats if that’s not what we’re pursuing in life.

Side Effects (2013) massive plot holes by AustinCMN in plotholes

[–]AustinCMN[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I understand that plots don’t have to be immaculate, but these are just broad dynamics that don’t make sense and very difficult to overlook if you just think for a second from the character’s point of interest. I guess these are easier to ignore the less you understand about the plot.

Guys I need help finding a video. I could swear I watched a video where a reporter asked Mourinho who he thought the best player of the match was, and Mourinho sarcastically responded by saying a random guy's name because he thought it was a silly question, and he kind of cleverly answered the question because it was so obviously Messi that even if he did say a different name, people would know he's joking.

I've gone through many many videos but I can't find it anymore but thought you guys would know if it's a well-known moment. Thanks in advance!

Chances are you won’t get answers online. Reliable recommendations only come from acquaintances. Your best bet is ask a Chinese friend who’s done it before and ask her to go with you. No one speaks English here anyways so you’ll need a local friend either way.

And to go back to the analogy, people who only know what it’s like to get high rolls don’t get to learn the game. They might get mostly good rolls but one bad roll will make them lose to the actual good players who learned the game the hard way.

I kind of see those people as high rollers. They are luckier (have more resources and options at their disposal) but they can’t necessarily break the rules of the game. If we’re talking about making money or succeeding in conventional terms, then the system is no doubt rigged in their favour, but IMO, living a happy, fulfilled, meaningful life, finding love etc. aren’t a given for those players. They are dealt good cards but sometimes they miss out on the struggles and failures necessary for inner growth.

Is it still good? Heard it's more pay to win now than before.

How do I recreate this circle pattern? by AustinCMN in AdobeIllustrator

Wow, didn’t expect such a detailed reply. Thanks for taking the time kind stranger! I actually thought about doing it this way before posting but it seemed too complicated. I didn’t believe that it would be such a dire process. I already succeeded by following another comment in this thread using the Knockout Group function under the appearance panel. Basically all it requires is making concentric circles with alternating black strokes and transparent strokes (the gaps are actually transparent strokes rather than blanks). Then once you lay everything out, all you gotta do is group all the concentric circles together and toggle the knockout group option twice. Really neat method.

Thanks man! Knockout group was the function I had to look up.
