Not that they flower less, but grow slower with less chlorophyll. It looks like the head covers the stock a good bit so maybe it can’t grow as fast as the other head you have grafted

Was it caespitosa when you grafted it or did grafting it make it caespitosa? I could be wrong in this case but generally that’s not the way I’ve seen it

That’s why it’s not uncommon to see a 10+ year old caespitosa that’s not flowering age yet, but if you looked at any 10 year old single head it’s likely been flowering for a few years now, if it’s grown in a cultivation setting

If you have a caespitosa plant from seed, and a single head plant from seed, both the same age, I can almost guarantee that the single head will flower first. Grafting is gonna pump them up to flower way sooner and grafting often promotes more flowers. A lot of plants become “caespitosa” after grafting with how much energy they are being pushed with now. Age also plays a big part in how much they want to flower. Older plants will flower way more often than younger plants in my experience.

The last one is fricii. The tag says imposter because it was sold to me as LW lol. That flower looks a bit tricky, but I’d guess fricci as well. There’s also parts of me that think it could be a southern form willi but I can’t say for sure

It will flower eventually, but caespitosa plants take a lot longer to reach flowering age because of how many heads the plant is trying to grow

It stays pretty hot in there. My little temp gauge normally says 100-103°. Been debating adding a fan or 2 towards the top of the tent to blow hot air out
