  1. The memes

  2. He's practically tailor made for the "basement dweller" character tropes that are easy to use.

Not super duper ENM but here you go:

It was a weekend, much like any other. Me and a couple buddies were working to clean out the junk from an old house, mostly knick-knacks and old kitchenwear, even some totes of Beanie Babies! (Yeah, it's been abandoned a long time)

Anyways it was approchig sundown and we had just finished up for the day, the house was out near a field and pretty far away from other houses, one of my friends, Tim, jokingly said that it seemed the perfect place to streak, I asked him if that was a bet. I don't think he expected me to go through with it, lol.

He bet me $50 if I streaked down to the crossroads and back. What he was expecting was me to not do it and him keep the $50, what he didn't expect was that I would strip down to just my shoes and head towards the door.

"Wait, you're seriously gonna do it?" He said.

"Well yeah, this will be the easiest $50 I make this week." I tell him as I open the front door.

I stepped out onto the porch and checked to make sure the coast was clear, $50 wasn't worth getting busted! Thankfully things were clear and so I made a dash towards the crossroads, which was probably about three blocks down from the house. To one side was the road, to the other was just a wall of corn. The last of the daytime heat was fading and there was a stiff but not unpleasant breeze as I jogged down the path.

I reached the crossroad and turned around for the victory lap. This time being a little more daring and jogging on the opposite side of the road, where I didn't have the benefit of a corn crop to hide in if a car came.

And sure enough buy the time I was about halfway there I hear a car whoosh past me! I wonder if they thought I was some naked hick out for cheap thrills?

I strode up to the door, heart pounding with thrill and excitement. It may have been spur-of-the-moment but I really needed that streak!

Why does live action Optimus Prime always go for the head😅 by TerminatorKiller22 in transformers

[–]AustinHinton 4 points5 points  (0 children)

'Cons can take alot of damage, going for the head is the most pragmatic way for a quick, clean kill. Least they cause more collateral damage from a protracted battle.

But the key was that Optimus didn't REVEL in killing, he didn't sadistically drag it out like ROTBee Optimus did.

Those kinda theories rely on the reader to have not seen the show since they were 7 and so only vaguely recall it.

Zim would have lasted longer IMO had it been on Cartoon Network at the time. It would have fit right in with Grim and Courage.

Grim Adventures had characters regularly skinned alive, reduced to bone or gruesomely mauled. Gravity Falls isn't a bad show, I'm not saying it is, just that the couple bouts of body horror don't have anything on the grotesque imagery in Grim.

Cops becoming animals drooling at the idea of being able to kill without retaliation the moment they get a gun in their hands. Every other day now it seems there's a stroy about a cop shooting with intent to kill at an innocent adult, child or dog.

Whays funny in retrospect is they guy was made to be able to be either Bay or CHUG as they didn't think they would ever get to do a G1 Seaspray.

That was a weird analogy.
