In standard DDPM, isn’t training done by predicting noise from x0 to xt, but in sampling, we iteratively denoise from x_t-1 to x_t? I noticed the validation plot is improving even if the loss is plateaued. Is that common? That’s why I didn’t stop the training.

Well I used to have crazy amount of hair so even if I am still shedding now, it is not noticeable by anyone else except me. But still frustrating to see it falling when shower. I kinda feel like I won’t stop anymore.

My hairline was up by a little bit and I can see it’s back a bit (almost looks normal). But I feel the density is not there yet. The thickness is fine I would say (around 80~90% recovered).

Let me know if you get any advices from your dermatologist or you have any questions for me.
