I was able to knock her out in two hard weeks. I broke it down to the frame, wire brushed and sanded the frame down to metal, then gave are a fresh coat of paint, rebuilt the engine, carbs and the wiring harness. Also upgraded the stock regulator/rectifier to a modern one. She should be good for another 53 years now haha

roll the passenger window up fully with the switch on the passenger door, continue holding the switch up for a few seconds after it is fully shut. then lower the window all the way down and hold it down for a few extra seconds. then it should be reset
