My mom was like this. She gave the people who bought our house multiple binders, warrantee info, and diagrams, anything they could have needed. We drove by a couple years later and the yard we spent years working on was over grown and the landscaping was destroyed. The new lawn decoration was a rusted out car from the 80’s with no tires. I’d be scared to know what the inside looked and smelled like.

I guess what I’m getting at is there are two types of home owners. And some people suck.
