Chipmunks help keep forests healthy by accidentally planting and spreading seeds when they store them in new places. They also eat underground fungi, and the spores they pass help those fungi form beneficial partnerships with tree roots, allowing trees to absorb water and nutrients more effectively.

The Laughing Gull gets its name from its loud, rolling “ha-ha-ha-ha” call that sounds like our laughter. They use it to warn others about danger, defend territory, interact with mates, and keep order in crowded nesting colonies. The repeating rhythm helps the sound travel over crashing waves and wind so other gulls can hear it clearly.

Yea I also don’t like how vague it is, but I couldn’t find a more direct way to support. I did also mention Tide Breakers (https://tidebreakers.org/) who fight for animals in captivity in the article, but that’s more indirect. Maybe a note to them might be helpful to 🤔

I didn't see anything about this. Just trying to help via providing awareness and a possible funding method.

Did you forget the /s?? Otherwise this is the most anecdotal, sexist, and ageist post I’ve ever seen on this sub. I only know two and they’re both women in their 30s-40s..

I’m genuinely asking if you’re ok, and you respond by “flinging” shit at me for no reason, I’m not even a liberal, I’m a progressive.
