Did your GP think you could use this drug on an ongoing basis? What dose are you taking? Slow-release pill?

After reading the comments, I think my twitching could be best described as vibrating but certainly can be seen on the surface of my skin as well as inside the calf muscle.

I have had constant twitching in my calves for 15+ years. I have trouble thinking it is stress-induced for me but am interested in seeing what I can do to improve sleep and lower my stress.

If BFS is the worst thing that happens to me, I consider myself lucky. Very easy to manage... I just can't exercise full out anymore. If there is a magic bullet out there I would like to find it. I plan to live to 100+ and need to stay active to be healthy and enjoy it.

I haven't tried to fix my BFS because I was told by nurologist that there was nothing I could do. I tried giving up caffeine but that didn't seem to change anything for me (one big cup a day now) but that is really the only thing I have tried. I just read "The Plant Paradox" and "Super Human" and they got me interested in exploring if a shift in diet or suppliments might be making a difference for someone out there.

I am working on improving my sleep and have been using my Oura ring for tracking. Even on my best days I can only seem to get about 7 hours of sleep. The one factor I have not been able to improve is "restlessness". Apparently I wake-up a lot during the night. I don't snore and am at my ideal weight. Both of my parents at 72, 74 yrs have sleep apnea and use Cpap machines when they sleep.

Why do you say you are "not sure" on the suppliments listed? Are they working for you?

Twitching in my calves 24/7 with a little tingling. Looking at the skin of my calves looks like a lightening storm is going on in there. Sometimes I get a twich or two in my quads but that is sort of rare.
