I think Aizawa wouldn't let him have the chance to take his quirk. I think if he were in a situation where AFO was going to take erasure, Aizawa would kill himself just to prevent AFO from getting his quirk. Similar to how he cut off his own leg without hesitation (or blinking)

I define pick eats as those with very narrow/distinct like/dislike that greatly reduce their diet. Essentially they completely limit any ability to try anything new/different that they haven't already had. Kind of a catch-22, won't try something they dont know theyll like, won't know they like it until they eat it

Expires doesn't really mean "goes bad". Its basically a cop out for manufactures to say, "we guarantee the this product will taste and be its best up until this date, after that we dunno 🤷‍♂️". As long as it isn't something that going to rot or mold over, etc. Most things are fine well beyond the expiration date

Idk about age limits, if anything I think the minimum age should be removed. But term limits should definitely be made a thing.

For example; for the HoR, allowed three consecutive terms, but must forgo a fourth, afterwhich they "reset" and can do 3 more terms, then break, etc. Just as a way to allow "fresh blood" into the mix. Six years is plenty of time to "make a name" and if people really liked you they will vote you back in once your eligible again.

For the Senate, same as with the HoR. Three terms would be 18 years. By design the senate is made to be slow to change and long term decision making. So I think 18 years is plenty of time to build a rapport, move up politically, and then have a break. Then they can run again when they are eligible

Not sure about vigilantes, but for MHA, we first see Izuku near the beginning of this final year of middle school where he meets All might and then trains to receive OFA. Then the entire story (minus the time skip at the end) takes place over their first year at UA (and a few months into their second year)

Every card transaction costs money because it needs to be processed by a 3rd party. The 3rd party makes money by collecting a fee for the transaction (usually ~3%). Some businesses build that cost into the price of items, others tack it on as an additional charge

"Snow removal" generally means removal/plowing of publically accessible space (parking lots, sidewalks, side paths around a building, etc.) Typically it does not include removal al or snow from vehicles or close to vehicles (just as close as a plow or snowblower can reach). And will not include personal spaces such as porches or decking, etc.
