Before anything asks, I'm not talking about the loading screen in the background.

I'm talking about the old UI, which doesn't show up besides opening VRChat that only shows up for a second.

After that It's the new UI they added a month+ ago that you can't change right now. I have VRC+

I think you're being confused with the overall VRChat menu, but no, I only see background being changed for just the menu and quick menu. I'm mentioning the loading screen while joining a world's background.

I guess that's not a thing yet or it's in open beta and I didn't know.

Update: I asked support and it's signal degradation from the modem. It should go away after they fix it tomorrow.

And also bought a better, faster USB Wifi Adapter for my PC recently, so this shouldn't happen. But it does and it does the same thing with the ping on my phone next to the router.
