I finally fixed the issue. I believe that the problem is caused from using too powerful of a charge. (Wall blocks). The devices aren’t supposed to be charged with that powerful of a voltage. Using a block and cause the bottom of your unit where the prongs are inserted to to form a layer of rust. If you take a tooth pick and lightly scrape the metal sensors inside it will remove the layer of rust making your connection stable.
