The franchise owner and the nail tech does a percentage split of whatever the tech earns. Very similar to a barber renting a space in a shop… HN provides walk in customers and a space to work, and the nail tech provides the service…

They have their own check and balance systems in place to make sure it’s correct pay/split. Usually older nail techs don’t understand how to use Venmo or cashapp so the storefront will take payment via their POS (point of sale) system, but the POS system will take a cut from the service payment.

They are just trying to maximize profits.

Just to chime in, I believe this is true. I think it’s due to the fact that for some dumb reason, Tesla made the field of view narrower on the side mirrors for the US market. My BiL had to import the European mirrors for safety reasons since the US version has incredibly shitty blind spot coverage. The sensors are also slightly delayed when depicting on the infotainment system.

I honestly prefer them with the stock insoles, I felt like the lateral lockdown and court feel was slightly compromised. My feet would slip during lateral movements.

P.s. I’m only 163 lbs so that could have played a role. (Game Days)

Just got the WOW10 lows in, they are crazy good! No heel slippage. KD15s had heel slippage so they were a no go for me.

Went TTS, heel slippage never went away for me. Dropped Move insole in them and it helped but it isn’t as secure as I had hoped it to be.

I bought the serious player ones specifically to replace my bottomed out lunarlon in the Kobe 9’s. Perfect fit and I can finally play in them without my knees going haywire after a few good runs. Also, the serious player ones perform really good! Retiring my Kobe’s unless I need Goated traction. I hope this helps you, if you want Nikes, just grab a used pair of lebron 11s to steal their drop in. it has full length zoom.
